DTAM Electronic Reporting Guide
Complete guide to submitting Por.Thor.27 and Por.Thor.28 compliance reports through Thailand's DTAM electronic reporting system (Herbctrl portal).

Registration and System Access
Important: Registration is by request only
You cannot self-register for the DTAM Herbctrl portal. Access must be requested through official channels.
Provincial License Holders
Licensed through Provincial Public Health Office (PHO)
Contact your respective PHO to request portal access.

Login to the portal
Use the login credentials provided by PHO or DTAM after registration approval.
Select the appropriate form
• Por.Thor.27: Report purchases from GACP-certified producers
• Por.Thor.28: Report cannabis movements and distribution
Complete the form fields
• Specify the reporting period (month/year)
• Enter transaction data in the required table format
• If no operations occurred, select "ไม่มีรายการ" (no transactions)
Attach files or mark data online
Upload supporting documents if required, or complete the data entry directly in the portal.
Submit and download confirmation
Submit the completed form and download the confirmation receipt for your records.
