• AI-powered voice recognition for prescription creation
• Digital prescription management and workflow tools
• Telemedicine consultation capabilities
• Medical cannabis prescription processing (P.T.33 forms)
• Electronic health record (EHR) integration
• Prescription printing and digital distribution

3. Eligibility and User Requirements

To use this Service, you must:

• Be a licensed healthcare professional (doctor, pharmacist, or authorized provider)
• Hold valid medical credentials in Thailand or your jurisdiction
• Have the legal authority to prescribe or dispense medications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain current professional licensing and certifications

4. User Responsibilities

Professional Conduct

• Maintain the highest standards of medical and professional ethics
• Ensure accurate and complete information in all prescriptions
• Verify patient identity and medical information before prescribing
• Follow proper medical protocols and guidelines
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy

Account Security

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication
• Immediately report any unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of shared or public devices
• Keep your professional information current and accurate

Compliance

• Comply with all local, national, and international laws
• Follow Thai FDA regulations for medical cannabis prescriptions
• Adhere to PDPA requirements for personal data protection
• Maintain required licenses and certifications

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Create fraudulent or unauthorized prescriptions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account access with unauthorized individuals
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unethical purposes
• Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials
• Violate patient privacy or confidentiality

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OGPx and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the medical content you create, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide the Service.

AI Technology

Our AI-powered features are designed to assist healthcare professionals but may not be 100% accurate. Healthcare professionals must review and verify all AI-generated content before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGPx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in illegal or unethical conduct
• Lose your professional license or credentials
• Fail to maintain account security
• Use the Service in a way that harms others or the platform

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
